How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of personal data associated with the System Job Creation Meta app or Noel Howley Warehousing Ltd services, email info@nh-wh.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Include These Details

• Your full name.
• Your email address and phone number, including the WhatsApp number used.
• The company, customer, supplier, or driver relationship connected to the request.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

What Happens Next

1. We will acknowledge your request and may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority.
2. We will review the relevant website, portal, WhatsApp, and operational records.
3. Where deletion is legally and operationally permitted, we will delete or anonymise the relevant personal data.
4. We will confirm the outcome or explain why some records must be retained.

Records We May Need to Keep

Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, safety, contractual, dispute-resolution, or legitimate logistics operations purposes. Where complete deletion is not possible, we will limit access to retained data where appropriate.

WhatsApp App Data

For WhatsApp messages received through the System Job Creation Meta app, deletion requests may cover message text, phone number, profile name, message IDs, media references, and operational records created from those messages, subject to the retention limits above.
